Flooded Commercial Building in Boerne, TX

This flooded hallway in Boerne, Texas was the result of a pipe burst during renovation.  Notice the extent of the water damage in the before picture; the water was about six inches deep throughout the hallway and remainder of the commercial building.  In the after picture the water has all been extracted and the structure has been dried to preloss moisture content readings.  The after picture was taken mere days after the incident and allowed the commercial property to finish their renovations.  The property owner was expecting the process to last much longer and was thrilled with the results.  SERVPRO of The Hill Country was glad to be of service.
