Flooded Commercial Buiding in Kerrville, TX

This flooded commercial building was due to a pipe leak in Kerrville, Texas.  The before photograph shows the water damage; the floor was saturated with water. SERVPRO of The Hill Country was able to extract the water, apply an antimicrobial, and utilize appropriate drying equipment per IICRC guidelines to dry-out this commercial room. The commercial property owner requested that the mitigation be completed to allow for the store to remain open. SERVPRO of The Hill Country took this request and was able to fulfill it. The customer was thrilled with the results and our willingness to work while their store remained open.   SERVPRO of The Hill Country is always happy to have another satisfied customer.
