Customer Satisfaction is Our Top Priority in the Hill Country

We recently performed a water remediation at a home in Boerne for Kathy W.  She kindly wrote this review and we wanted to share it with all of our potential and current customers:

SERVPRO of the Hill Country was fabulous! They were always timely and very professional; Patricio was very helpful in guiding us what we needed to do; Garrett and Byron were efficient and focused on making sure everything was done correctly. Sherese in the office graciously helped us with paperwork and payment. We could not be any happier with the professionalism and quality of work that was performed. Ours was a water leak and damage; in those situations, one does not always think clearly to make decisions but SERVPRO of The Hill Country was a bright light in a cloudy time.
